Ready to get back in the gym?
Whether you grew up doing gymnastics, have some skills you’d like to dust off, or have never stepped foot in a gymnastics gym before, our Adult Open Gym is a chance to get moving, try something new, and have a little fun.

Time: 6:30–7:30 PM
Cost: $10 per adult
Come practice skills, explore the equipment, challenge yourself, or simply enjoy some active play with friends. A coach will be available to help with skills and offer guidance if you’d like it.
No experience required. No pressure. Just an hour to have fun and be active.
Spots are limited, so registering ahead of time is encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome if space is still available.
